There are more than 10,000 parts to make a piano works properly, from inside out. Often people ask  how much would a rough cost to repair a piano, and i would ask them to tell me about the condition of the piano. Majority of them do not know how to describe and provide me few information or wrong information to me. Most of the time i could not give an exact answer if i am not on the spot this is because there are too many possibilities to cause a piano fail to function normally.  

 

I would not charge if it is a minor or a touch up repair during the tuning process, a major repair can take times and days or even months to be completed.  Price are varies depending on what is damaged, or worst case that the piano is in need of part replacement.
